CarbOthello Pastel Pencils with larger lead size than Faber Castell and softer more painterly.
High pigment content guarantees strong luminosity and covering capacity, excellent lightfastness and colour brilliance, dry blending and smudging possible; partially aquarelle, contours remain visible
Stabilo produce a high quality range of Pastel Pencils called CarbOthello. The lead of the Stabilo CarbOthello pastel pencil is broader than the Faber Castell Pitt pastel pencils and gives a more painterly stroke. However the point can be sharpened to a finer point for detailed work. The CarbOthello pastel colour pencils are compatible with artist pastels and are useful for detail.
