A watercolour effect can be achieved by adding water with a paint brush to existing Progresso Pencil marks or the pencils can be used on damped paper. Progresso Watercolour Pencils have excellent lightfastness and are ideal for creating vibrant, durable pieces of art. Progresso leads are not encased in wood like other pencils, which reduces the waste produced by sharpening.
